Pricing and Payment Policies

The Monthly Membership Fee is $700. A one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $200 is due upon admission. Your first month’s membership fee will therefore be $900 and is due one day prior to your arrival. Thereafter, your membership fee will be due on the date of the month you arrived. (Example: Arrival date – 4/12, next fee will be due 5/12.)

All payments may be made by check or money order payable to Discovery Sober Living or online by credit/debit card (PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted). We do not accept cash.

Members can arrange to pay weekly at rate of $180.00. Please discuss this with management.
Fees are due on the date agreed upon and are considered late after the third day. There is a $10.00 a day late fee for each day thereafter.

Refund Policy

One- half of prepaid membership fees will be refunded by check if a potential member does not end up moving in for any reason.

Breach of contract for any reason (i.e. relapse on alcohol or drugs, two weeks late on membership fees, excessive rule infractions, stealing, disruptive behavior, etc.) will result in loss of all monies paid for membership fees and will result in the immediate removal from property. Any items left in the home will be removed from the Facility and discarded after 15 days.
