Pricing and Payment Policies
The Monthly Membership Fee is $900. There is a one time, non-refundable administrative fee of $150 the first month. Your membership fee will be due on the day of the month you arrived. (Example: Arrival date – 4/12, next fee will be due 5/12.) Members can arrange to pay a weekly rate of $250. Please discuss this option with management.
All payments may be made by check or money order payable to Discovery Sober Living or online through our automated billing system by credit/debit card. (VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.) We also accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay payments (Please discuss with management if that is your desired method of payment.) We do not accept cash.
Members who decide to move out before the end of their billing cycle, will not be refunded any membership fees paid for that billing cycle. With advanced notice of a member’s intent to move out during the following billing cycle, management will pro-rate that bill for the actual number of days the member resides in the house for that cycle.
Breach of contract for any reason (i.e. relapse on alcohol or drugs, two weeks late on membership fees, excessive rule infractions, stealing, disruptive behavior, etc.) will result in loss of all monies paid for membership fees and will result in the immediate removal from property. Any items left in the home will be removed from the Facility and discarded after 15 days.
